Today your company sent a crew to my work to replace the windshield of my vehicle. I wanted to take a moment and let you know the crew, Juan and Corey, were terrific. They greeted me and introduced themselves, explained the process, how long it would take, and when I would be able to use my car again. They worked efficiently and neatly. At one point I looked out the window and saw those brushing off my floor mats making certain that no debris was left in my car. When the job was finished they went over what had been done and what to expect. I'm very happy Juan told me about the noise that the wind will make under the tape that can't come off until tomorrow because I can guarantee that if I started driving and heard a noise I would have panicked. Annette, I just wanted to give you a quick follow-up regarding the repair done to our front windshield of the Grand Caravan by Fox Valley Glass.  Fox Valley Glass did a nice job.  My schedule changed and they were able to send out a repair man a day earlier.  He came out to the house and only needed about 20 minutes.  The whole thing was very convenient.  The repair man was friendly and very knowledgeable.  He took the time to answer my questions and explained the process.  So, I’m very pleased and of course hoping that the repair holds and we don’t require/need to replace the front window at a later point. "
